The Company provides services to clients and accepts passports and other documents for processing, as well as instructions, solely under these terms and conditions. Submitting documents and instructing for services from The Company both imply your agreement to these terms and conditions.
- Variations to Terms and Conditions
Any variation to these terms and conditions must be made in writing and signed by a Director of The Company. No verbal agreements or understandings will be considered valid or binding.
- Submission of Accurate Information
It is the responsibility of the client to provide accurate and complete information when submitting documents for processing. The Company will not be held liable for any delays, errors, or additional costs incurred due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
- Processing Timeframes
While The Company strives to process documents in a timely manner, we cannot guarantee specific timeframes for completion. Processing times may vary depending on factors such as the complexity of the request, the availability of necessary information, and the workload of our staff. The Company will not be held responsible for any delays in processing due to circumstances beyond our control.
- Fees and Payment
All fees for non-UK visas services provided by The Company must be paid in their entirety before any work commences. The Company retains the right to withhold the release of processed documents until full payment has been received.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy
If a client wishes to cancel their request for document processing or any service, they must notify The Company in writing as soon as possible. Any fees paid may be partially or fully refundable at the discretion of The Company, depending on the stage of processing and the costs incurred by The Company up to the point of cancellation.
- Confidentiality and Data Protection
The Company is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of our clients’ personal information. We will take all reasonable steps to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. However, The Company cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted electronically and will not be held liable for any breaches of confidentiality that may occur.
- Liability Limitations
The Company’s liability for any loss or damage arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service in question. The Company will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, or loss of goodwill.
By submitting your documents to LTD City Business Group for processing or instructing LTD City Business Group for consultation services for non-UK visas you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
